Shipping and Returns 

Shipping

If you require to fax or email us your order, please include a complete description of the goods you require. You will also need to specify your delivery address and preferred method of payment.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are as follows:
Next Day New Zealand (Main Centres)- New Zealand Couriers ($15.00 per carton)
3 - 5 Day Australia - New Zealand Couriers ($89.00 per carton)
5 Day Rest of the world (FedEx) POA

Shipping regions

We will ship any product or products from our online catalogue to any destination in the world that is covered by FedEx. Destination address must be a physical address, we currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

Goods must returned to us within a period of 14 days of receipt in cases where the product is deemed to be faulty or damaged. Failure to return the goods within 14 days will invalidate your claim. Product must be in a saleable condition and a Return Authorisation Code (RAC) must be requested before goods are to be returned. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. The cost of returning the goods to us is the senders responsibilty. The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees act will apply where appropriate.

Delivery schedule

Wherever possible goods are dispatched within five working days of order (Mon to Fri). Although we aim to ship your goods as soon as possible, there may be reasons why we cannot dispatch your order within this time. In such cases we will contact you and you may at your discretion place your order on backorder or cancel. Shipping time to destination will depend on location in the world. This may be affected by holiday seasons or other factors beyond our control.
